Dolly's Pinup Playhouse

So ladies and gents and alllll of ya this lady is making progress. She has plans. She's kinda proud. March brings a sketch night I'm cofounder of and I'm super excited. It's a project of love between Scott and I to bring the art community to a like space. I'm hoping for a big turnout so we can keep this going! I will model damnit lol! I'll get my Barbarella on and i have a sword so yeahhh I'm prepared lol! Speaking of art check my bun bun! It's fin and a perfect chapter page. It's ink wash and ballpoint. Getting things done folks. Plans in motion. Btw with that said body progress!!! Joined a new gym and back on the motion of a routine with that. Check my damn waist.....and my hips...and my boobs lol. I feel in drag queen terms "snatched" lol. I was also totally feeling redhead Barbarella vibes with my look playing with urban decay glitter moondust palette. I'm seriously trying everyday to live my best life for those i love...

Sooooo besides pinup I'm back to art full time peeps!!! The book will happen this year albeit a little transformed in the best ways possible. There will also be poetry and a special excerpt short story for my best friend Merr. This is my big idea. It needed to be absolutely perfect. This year it will be. It's me on paper. Ink. Watercolor. Ballpoint. The whole nine yards. Butttt I'm also making time for my pinup as visible from our totally odd 70 degree day yesterday in the park lol. Lack of poses be damned!!! Everwhere but the plate i was on was mud and you want me to ruin 6in glitter Bordello heels?! Hell no lol. I dressed up my rock steady top with the short shorts and a cap America baseball jersey. Cute right?! I'm also a tad worried as i write this...as you know this is also my weight loss journey....with that said with some stress over the last month i lost more weight blah. Thus my fits aren't fitting! Damn it lol....

So a teeny photo dump!!! I had a few choice outfits this week! One was for volunteer work! Paired a Rock Steady Sheer black polka dot dress with a Voodoo Vixen embroidered cardigan. Also check the heels....the Bordello sparkly black ones!!! Then last night had an amazing time with Kim! We went to Sephora for a Make up class on contouring. I have to see we had so many giggles and looked like sparkly moon dewy unicorns lol!! For that amazing fun i paired my Voodoo Vixen Secretary cut top with black pants and laid over a knee high 6in stiletto boot because why not!!! Today was a kinda blah day so got out my new makeup knowledge and broke out the plaid number!! The cardigan and dress set is from torrid buttttt gotta take it in sooner than later!! Kinda loose so had to tight belt it!!! But seriously guys check the shape lol! As i kinda loose more weight lookin like a damn Jane Russell miss!!! Art tonight and got the sweetest compliment from Kim about...

So finally put on my short shorts lol. These are the Sourpuss retro high waist in red. This past month has been a tad of a journey. Sooo since i bought them lost weight in my waist so next pair is a size smaller. Put on my Steady Clothing Sophia top underneath a Captain America Baseball Jersey. Got my suede red heels on which i actually danced in lol! I was totally commended on my first venture into doing that in public to these lol. I put on my Glamory Deluxe 20 Hold ups and holy moley they hold up sans garters! Check out the close up of the embroidery. Too beautiful, I'm a super lucky lady to rock these. Btw color theory be damned and feel the power of red and blue lol❤ this will be in the park later when the nice weather comes but had to polish myself off today and feel adorable. So with all this said i got plans. Art plans with a friend. Finishing things. Rocking my clothes.....but on a teeny bit of a serious note... I love doing this. This is so...
