Went thrifting today and what a find!!! I found a pair of knee high stilettos!!! Omg!!! Here's the deal this is my first pair everrrr of knee high anything. I always had thicker calves so the beauty of them eluded me.... But no more!!! I paired it with the Pinup Girl Clothing Laura Byrnes Mark Stripe Lilith top with a black Voodoo Vixen skirt. Of course you have to rock Britney Spears "Circus" to feel the fantasy lol. Also fun fact: yesterdays stilettos touched my nose. I actually do yoga at home but I've always been flexibly double jointed since i was a kid. I'm a bendy straw in heels lol with my accomplice Clariece Deerling. Rocked out sone tunes and literally wore these beauties for an hour just feeling them. But back to the boots!!! Eeee! They're pretty high but omg i feel like Emma Peel in them! The holidays are fast approaching and pinup gifties are happening. Got my leopard stilettos to wear with my Collectif leopard print skirt with red bows and red lining. Gonna try and grab a Steady Clothing Sophia top in red to make it all come together. Also for a great deal grabbed the Pinup Couture Erika Dress in pink rose floral with bolero. Yay!!! The holidays are rough this year despite all impending fashion. In November I lost my best friend Merrilee. I'll never forget what she told me when i spoke of my childhood and my pinup. "I think you've been beautiful a lot longer than you think". She said this when i shares my pinup pics I finally was proud of. She was my biggest cheerleader. OK here's the deal. I posted this before and immediately took it down before this. Well let me start by saying I've felt ugly all my life. My body. Pretty much everything. Great precursor to a sexy corset pic right? Nah I'm hilarious. I've said it before but i grew up heavy. I had boobs since 6th grade and my male teacher told my dad i needed a bra. Puberty is fun!!! But seriously folks seeing the plus size ladies out there embracing stuff has made me think. I'm nowhere where i used to be appearance wise so i need to embrace that and accept it accordingly. Listen I'm not confident to be nude lol. Corset is all you get and maybe stockings lol. This journey has meant a lot to me to self acceptance and self worth. Got a few hot for teacher links from friends so the plan worked! I'm wearing a Voodoo Vixen Secretary top and a later acquired Voodoo Vixen black pencil skirt with kick pleat. The stockings are Leg Avenue nude stockings with black capping and the heels are my favorite t.u.k. red pair. The hip slip is cacique and it's brocade with gold welts and gold clasps. So todayyyyy was a pain day. But despite stuff you get inspired. Watched the Pink video for "Beautiful Trauma" and it's lush retro look and dance inspired me to down a few aspirin and get my gear on! So after months of trying to find this beauty i finally found my very own Hell Bunny Clara dress!!! Sold a few non fitting beauties to some awesome ladies and got this number all the way from good old merry England! My joy knew no bounds when she showed up all slinky and all mine. This beauty fit like an absolute glove. Zip back and closure at front and back of neck with a beautiful fabric that accommodated my generous bust. That already gets an a+ lol.
